Rangers will continue to monitor the situation in and around the Kruger National Park as the widespread flooding continues, South African National Parks (SANParks) said on Wednesday.
Earlier, around 50 people were evacuated by chopper from low-lying areas.
This after a third day of heavy downpours in both Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
Many roads in and around the park have been closed and power has been cut to a number of areas.
SANParks spokesperson Reynold Thakuli said the situation is under control.
“People should not panic. There are no injuries and everyone has been attended to by the doctor,” he added.
