Flight disruptions will continue across Europe as a cold snap grips the continent.
Over 260 people have frozen to death as a result of the cold weather.
On Sunday, London's Heathrow Airport cancelled 30 percent of its flights to cope with heavy overnight snowfall.
South African Airways (SAA) said it has received a travel alert from Heathrow, that flights from South Africa will be affected.
But the company said the disruptions will be minimal.
SAA's Dileseng Koetle said, “The company has increased capacity in order to minimise major disruptions for our customers. Passengers have been contacted and are encouraged to log on to flysaa.com for further travel advisories.”
