Pretoria - A 42-year-old man was killed in Reddersburg in the Free State on Tuesday morning when a stack of wood used to make cupboards fell on him in his workshop, paramedics said.
ER24 spokesman André Visser said a bystander rushed to the man's aid and managed to move the wood off the man.
The man sustained severe injuries and died on the scene. The cause of the accident was not immediately clear.
