Detail: Valid: 06/06/2012: 1. Very rough seas with wave heights in excess of 4m is expected between Lamberts Bay and East London spreading to Port Edward on Saturday moderating from the west on Sunday. 2. Very cold conditions are expected over the south-western high ground of the Eastern Cape. Valid 07/06/2012: Advisory: 1. Very cold conditions expected over the northern high ground on Saturday.

A gale force NW/W`ly wind (35kt OR 65KM/H) is expected between Cape Point and Port Alfred on Thursday. 2. Heavy rainfall is possible in the Cape Metropole, Cape Winelands and the Overberg District on Thursday extending into Friday.
