CAPE TOWN - Cape Town firefighters are keeping a close eye on a fire in Simon's Town.
The blaze started on the mountain slopes late on Thursday night.
Two fire engines and a water tanker are at the scene.
The city's Theo Layne said they plan to reassess the situation this morning to determine the next course of action.
“The fire is still burning on the upper slopes of the mountain.”
