Detail: Valid 15/16-07-2012: 1. Very cold conditions are expected over the northern interior tomorrow. 2. Snowfalls are expected over north-eastern high grounds tonight. 3. Very rough seas with waves heights in excess of 4m are expected between Algoa Bay and Port Edward.
