SAWS: Heavy Thunderstorm Warning for Johannesburg - 1 July 2012 16h09 SAST
Yet again the SAWS has forecast a heavy thunderstorm at around 16h09 SAST for Johannesburg. With no cloud in sight this seems highly impossible.
