GEORGE NEWS - The historical Seven Passes Road almost claimed the life of a man from George when his vehicle plunged into the dark stormy waters of the Swart River, 15 metres below.
At about 22:00 on Tuesday evening, Derrick Miller lost control of his red Volvo in the driving rain as he was about to cross the Swart River Bridge on the narrow Saasveld road.
He apparently lost control of the Volvo trying to avoid a bakkie coming towards him. Sources on the scene related that Miller said the Volvo then slid and plunged into the river.
Miller managed to jump out of the vehicle.

I am not sure but this photo seems a bit outlandish.... At 22h00 it is dark and there is too much light for this to be real.... Just asking
