St Francis Bay homes were struck by deluge of water and debris early this morning. Kouga Municipality and disaster management, volunteer members of the NSRI and emergency services rushed to the scene to assist where they could. Water has washed down roads and headed for the bottom of Tom Browne Boulevard, causing extensive damage and flooding properties. Thankfully no reports of injuries or deaths up to now.
