Kruger National Park flood survivors are receiving medical treatment in Skukuza, South African National Parks (SANParks) confirmed on Wednesday.
Skukuza is the main camp in the reserve.
Since Monday, heavy rain has hit parts of Mpumalanga and Limpopo causing floods.
The heavy rain was caused by tropical depression Dando.
Earlier, helicopters were used to evacuate around 50 people.
Eyewitness News spoke to a man who was rescued along the Crocodile River on Wednesday.
“I woke up at half past six this morning and the banks had burst. We literally had half an hour to pack our bags and get out of there.”
The man said his camp was flooded.
SANParks Spokesperson Glen Philips said they are cautiously optimistic that the rain will ease from Thursday, but that they are keeping a close eye on the Blydepoort Dam.
He said the dam is expected to release water in an upstream direction, which could then affect the Kruger Park.
Meanwhile, Rescue South Africa said it is putting a team of emergency personnel on standby to assist with the situation.
Rescue South Africa CEO Ian Sher said they are presently waiting for officials to give them word.
