Boat Accident - Asia - China

Eight people were killed after two ships collided yesterday on the Yuanjiang river in central China’s Hunan province, state media said, in the country’s second deadly ship accident this week. Rescuers have so far been able to save 10 of the 22 thrown overboard during the collision which occurred at 4:00 pm (0800 GMT). Search efforts for the four still missing are ongoing, it added.
