Tripoli - Fifteen Somalis are dead and 40 are still missing after their boat capsized off the coast of Libya, the Somali envoy to Libya told AFP on Saturday.
“Fifteen bodies, including one child and 12 women, were recovered off the coast of Misrata after their boat sank three days ago,” Ambassador Abdelghami Wais said.
The boat had been carrying 55 Somalis, the ambassador said, adding that the other passengers were still missing.
