The SAWDOS will monitor the system and will notify members of the public should the system move towards South Africa. Stay tuned to the SAWDOS Blog, SAWDIS Twitter and SAWDOS Facebook pages. Here you will find the latest updates about Cyclone Giovanna.
The effects of severe weather are felt every year by many South Africans. To obtain critical weather information, the SAWDOS use voluntary weather observers. These volunteers help keep their local communities safe and informed by providing timely and accurate reports of severe weather to the SAWDOS for publication on the Blog. The SAWDOS is a non-profit organization that renders a FREE COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICE.
