"Coldest" February in Mossel Bay since 2009

Mossel Bay experience the lowest temperature for the month of February 2012. Statistics show a fall in maximum outside, minimum outside and average outside temperature since2009 to date for the month of February.  It really was a cool February month in Mossel Bay.
