Eskom would like to notify the electricity customers in the Eastern Cape that due to the heavy storm that hit the Eastern Cape on Sunday night there is still multiple areas that are still without electricity, amongst them the reas include:
Chintsa, Kei mouth, River mouth, Peddie, Engcobo and Mthatha.
Our technicians are working around the clock to restore the power.
Eskom apologises for any inconvenience which customers are currently experiencing due to the interruption of the supply of electricity.
