HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ALONG THE COAST AND ADJACENT INTERIOR BETWEEN pLETTENBERG BAY AND EAST LONDON ON TUEDAY, POSSIBLY INTO WEDNESDAY. 4.
