Round about 6 this evening there was a huge bang here in PE and our house windows even rattled. Didn't sound like an explosion, more of a loud "thud" type of noise. According to posts on the Public Servant News Network FB page, it was felt and heard all over PE and even in Uitenhage. Not sure what it was or could be. Very strange indeed. Obs. Pat Ladell
