East London - A two-year-old girl died after a wall collapsed on a farm near Addo in the Eastern Cape, SABC radio news reported on Sunday.
Warrant Officer Gerda Swarts said two-year-old Julie-Ann Swartz was walking past the house when the wall collapsed onto her.
The child died on the scene and an inquest docket has been opened.
