FISHOEK/CAPE TOWN: There has been a steady rain falling from CPT to Fish Hoek area since about
16h30 till now (18h40), still raining though. Mot sure what CPT is doing now.
Medium rain, no down pours or any major wind. The wind is slight from the WNW.
